Part 1: Experience

In a post below:

Reflect on that time and relate it as clearly as possible.

  • Historically: How did you get there? Were you self motivated? Were inspired to act? Was it an accident?

  • Descriptively: Were you alone? Who was supporting or facilitating? What was your motivation? How long did you spend in 

  • Somatically: How did it feel in your body? Was it energizing, exhausting?

  • Emotionally: How did you feel while you were engaged? Was it exciting, were you nervous or at ease?

Part 2: Effects

Reflect on that experience and relate it as clearly as possible:

  • What came out of the learning, either internally or as a product? 

  • How did you share that passion (can be with family or friends or coworkers or anyone)

  • How did your learning  affect your life in unplanned ways? Change in mindset? Energy for other endeavors? Change in job or study?
