Part 1: Experience
In a post below:
Reflect on that time and relate it as clearly as possible.
Historically: How did you get there? Were you self motivated? Were inspired to act? Was it an accident?
Descriptively: Were you alone? Who was supporting or facilitating? What was your motivation? How long did you spend in
Somatically: How did it feel in your body? Was it energizing, exhausting?
Emotionally: How did you feel while you were engaged? Was it exciting, were you nervous or at ease?

What came out of the learning, either internally or as a product?
